Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Visual professional to lead the visual experience in stores, designing and implementing visual guidelines and supervising brand standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the visual experience of Only Home stores, aligned with the brand. 2. Design and implement visual guidelines and execute national campaigns. 3. Supervise retail outlets and lead the Visual team. At Only Home, we seek a Senior Visual professional to lead the visual experience across our stores, ensuring cohesive, aesthetic, and inspiring spaces aligned with the brand identity. Design and implement visual guidelines (window displays, product exhibitions, and store atmospheres). Execute campaigns and product launches nationwide in stores. Supervise retail outlets to ensure high visual standards. Lead and develop the Visual team. Coordinate with Marketing and Category teams on product presentation. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail. Knowledge of product display, store atmosphere, color theory, lighting, and installation.
