**Quality Engineer - Quality Coordinator** **About the Role** Administer, coordinate and ensure the quality and safety standards required by the company to maintain compliance with the quality management system regulations and guarantee an excellent product and customer satisfaction, contributing to innovation and continuous improvement. **What You Will Do** * Coordinate, evaluate and issue required actions to ensure and maintain final product specifications according to the company's quality standards. * Ensure that products are stored, distributed and handled in a way that guarantees their quality and safety from the beginning of production until final use. * Manage execution of activities focused on compliance with technical manufacturing standards. * Manage MSA measurement system: Equipment, procedures, methods, technical competence and validation. * Analyze root causes of complaints submitted by users, ensuring proper and timely response through the complaint handling application. * Ensure all plant personnel are aware of quality issues reported by customers and end users. * Lead improvement projects to eliminate main causes of customer and end-user complaints. * Human resource management, SAP Time Management (Payroll), and shift scheduling. * Train and coach assigned personnel to ensure they have the required knowledge to perform their duties. * Support improvement initiatives led by each RST analyst. * Inspire individuals and teams, mobilizing their intelligence, energy and behaviors to positively impact organizational results. * Implement policies and measures defined by the organization necessary to ensure the safety of employees and assets under their responsibility, as well as compliance with quality standards and environmental protection established by legislation, regulations and applicable best practices. **Who We Are Looking For:** * Education: Chemical Engineer, Production Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Pharmaceutical Chemist or related fields. * English B2 * Knowledge of SAP (desirable), advanced Excel, Office, statistical tools. * Experience: 2 to 4 years in production processes / Quality / Laboratory and/or roles related to this position. * Experience leading work teams **What Our Company Offers You:** Our purpose, Breaking Down Barriers for Wellbeing, gives meaning to everything we do.
