Position Summary:
Manage and control electronic transactions via ACH and PSE systems, ensuring correct execution, clearing, reconciliation, and resolution of discrepancies.

Objective:
To manage, validate, monitor, and control electronic transactions processed through the **ACH and PSE systems**, ensuring accurate execution, clearing, reconciliation, and application of transactions, as well as timely identification and resolution of discrepancies, rejections, returns, and incidents, in accordance with internal procedures, service agreements, and applicable regulations governing the Colombian financial system.
City: Medellín
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM to 7:00 PM, 100% on-site
Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
* Experience in **banking, financial, or payment operations**, preferably involving ACH, PSE, electronic transfers, reconciliations, clearing, treasury, payments, or transactional processes.
KNOWLEDGE:
* **ACH Operations:** Knowledge of interbank transfers, debits, credits, clearing cycles, rejections, and returns.
* **PSE:** Understanding of electronic payment functionality, transaction validation, payment statuses, approvals, rejections, and reversals.
* **Clearing and Reconciliation:** Proficiency in reconciling transactional platforms, bank accounts, and internal systems.
* **Excel:** Intermediate or advanced level: pivot tables, formulas, filters, data cross-referencing, data validation, and database management.
* **Banking Operations:** Familiarity with operational processes specific to the financial sector and handling of electronic transactions.
* **Financial Regulations:** Basic understanding of regulations applicable to the Colombian financial sector, provisions issued by the Colombian Financial Superintendence, and controls related to operational risk.
* **Information Security:** Basic knowledge of information protection, secure data handling, and access controls.
* **Incident Management:** Identification, documentation, tracking, and escalation of operational and transactional issues.
* **Databases and Reporting:** Familiarity with tools for querying, extracting, analyzing, and generating operational reports is desirable.
