Job Summary: Responsible for the operational insurance process for leasing inclusions, including policy review, database management, and system updates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review of insurance documents for disbursement flows 2. Continuous monitoring of insurance companies and compliance with ANS 3. Updating insurance records in Bancolombia's Sufi and WTW systems **Description** --------------- Responsible for the operational insurance process for leasing inclusions across automobile, general, life, fire, and other applicable insurance lines. Review of policies issued by insurance companies. Database management and updating records in Bancolombia's Sufi system. **The Role** * Review insurance documents to proceed with disbursement flows. * Verify that insurance premiums are correctly charged in the bank's system. * Monitoring: Maintain continuous follow-up with insurance companies to ensure adherence to established timelines for ANS measurement. * Ensure that the insurance company issues the policy correctly. * System Updates: Update insurance records in Bancolombia's Sufi and WTW systems. * Other tasks assigned by coordination. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Educational level: Technical or technological degree. * Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel skills. * Information analysis skills. * Customer relationship management skills. * Teamwork. * Self-management and proactive capabilities.
