




We’re seeking a **Customer Success Engineer** who can blend strong Python engineering skills with direct customer interaction. In this role, you’ll support platform implementations, build custom scripts and integrations, and occasionally contribute to internal tools. You’ll help customers onboard smoothly and tailor solutions to their data and workflow needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems through code, communicating with users, and working in a fast\-paced, customer\-facing engineering environment. While customer interaction is important, the core focus is solid Python and data\-handling expertise. **What You’ll Do** * Build and maintain Python scripts and integrations that interact with APIs and customer systems * Join customer deployment sessions, guiding them through setup and implementation * Support integrations, data workflows, and occasional internal tooling * Process and transform data from sources like GitHub, BigQuery, or JFrog * Translate customer requirements into technical solutions * Collaborate with integration, product, and support teams * Contribute to documentation and internal improvements Requirements: **What You Bring** * Strong Python backend experience and familiarity with building scalable scripts/services * Deep understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and webhook handling * Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure and DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD) * Skilled in data transformation (JSON/JQ) and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) * Comfortable with Git, CI/CD workflows, and writing tests * Ability to understand technical docs and build robust integrations * Excellent English and confidence in customer\-facing technical conversations
