The Senior Instructor Analyst role is multifaceted and includes tasks related to instructional design and delivery of training on a wide range of topics. The selected candidate will facilitate instructor-led courses, help develop learning resources, and create assessments and certifications. This position will also evaluate existing training programs to assess their effectiveness and business ROI. Additional responsibilities include: Delivering training to both new and experienced employees. Conducting needs analyses and making training recommendations. Establishing feedback loops between the learning function and leadership. Creating and scheduling classes. Fostering an enthusiastic work environment and culture. Advising and guiding managers on employees’ professional development. Building relationships with managers and employees. Recommending improvements and ways to optimize training sessions and methods. Escalating business-risk issues to management. Using the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register participants, analyze training, and generate reports as needed. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent development, training, or coaching. Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or sales training. Minimum 2+ years of experience working in the technology or cloud computing sector. English language proficiency. Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree. Experience working in cloud computing and technology. Experience delivering effective sales training programs. Prior experience as a Sales Coach or Team Lead. Experience using software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Kahoot, and/or Mentimeter. Professional Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear telephone pronunciation and use of professional business language. Proactivity and strong work ethic. Solid time management skills. Ability to work independently.
