Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant with experience in cargo transportation to route vehicles, operate transportation management systems, and monitor deliveries and vehicles en route. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of routing for owned and third-party vehicles. 2. Operation of the transportation operating system (SYSTRAM) and trip documentation. 3. Daily monitoring and tracking of deliveries and loaded vehicles. A road freight transportation company located in Medellín / Copacabana is seeking a Logistics Technician or Technologist, or an Administrative professional, for the position of Logistics Assistant, requiring at least 1 year of experience in logistics or freight transportation, including port operations experience. Candidates must be proficient in Excel, experienced in driver management, possess assertive communication skills, and familiarity with SYSTRAM is desirable. Main Responsibilities: 1\. Route owned and third-party vehicles according to customer requests. 2\. Operate the company's transportation operating system (SYSTRAM) to generate mandatory travel documentation, create service requests, control movements, and other functions as required by routes and customers. 3\. Perform daily monitoring and tracking of deliveries and loaded vehicles en route, based on assigned distribution per transport unit, using GPS to determine their location and service status (both owned and third-party vehicles). Port experience is preferred. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract.
