We are looking for someone with “skill” in handling traditional tools—responsible, punctual, and highly attentive to machinery care. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Technical Preparation:** Material preparation, surface cleaning prior to welding, and organization of workstations. * **Welding:** Assistance in shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) processes and finishing polishing. * **Cutting and Bending:** Operation of manual shears, sheet metal brakes, grinders, and cutoff saws. * **Basic Maintenance:** Preventive care and cleaning of hand tools and welding equipment. * **Basic Reading:** Interpretation of measurements and assistance in assembling structures per instructions. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in metalworking, locksmithing, or sheet metal workshops. * **Skills:** Expert operation of angle grinders, drills, and measuring tools (tape measure). * **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of electrode welding processes and material types (angles, plates, sheets). * **Attitude:** Proactive individual skilled in using traditional tools and willing to learn and maintain workshop equipment. **What We Offer:** * Job stability and contract with all legal guarantees. * Respectful and approachable work environment. * Opportunity to use facilities for personal projects (subject to prior authorization). * Bonuses for project compliance and efficiency.
