Workstation design and automation At CROMATEX TEXTILES, COLORES Y DISEÑOS, we are looking for a Process Improvement Engineering Analyst with experience in the textile industry and **SAP** handling. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor and control operational routes to ensure proper assignment * Ensure line, process, module, and plant balancing based on standards * Control proper labor allocation * Analyze methods and movements across production, packaging, and raw material facilities * Eliminate bottlenecks * Improve transportation and production flows * Analyze indirect and technical labor * Prepare labor budgets * Track and validate potentials versus standards * Ensure physical module layouts align with load assignments, workflows, and optimal productivity * Monitor and control learning curves * Design and adapt workstations * Automate processes * Design and/or implement new work tools * Continuously identify company waste and propose alternatives for its elimination and/or reduction * Conduct cost analysis through workload studies * Evaluate and unify processes and procedures * Document and implement procedures * Maintain and manage productivity and incentive-related information (where applicable) * Timely update the standards system for all company operations (costs, incentives, quotations, efficiencies, budgets, etc.) * **SAP, POWER BI,** * **Excel proficiency** * **KPI management** * **Knowledge of line balancing and modular systems** Work Location: On-site employment
