This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Ensure operational processes at the logistics center—including receiving, storage, order preparation, distribution, and returns—guaranteeing proper resource management, service-level compliance, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.**Requirements** -------------- **Academic Qualifications** * Technician or technologist in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Student in early semesters of Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines. **Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations. * Knowledge of receiving, storage, order preparation, inventory, and dispatch processes. * Experience in monitoring and controlling distribution center operations. * Proficiency in SAP / WMS systems. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise and control the execution of logistics operations at the distribution center. * Ensure proper execution of receiving, storage, order preparation, dispatch, and return processes. * Manage assigned human, physical, and operational resources to ensure productivity and operational efficiency. * Continuously monitor operational KPIs and promptly report anomalies to immediate supervisors. * Manage and control inventories, ensuring data reliability and minimizing discrepancies. * Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions to ensure business continuity. * Provide timely solutions to internal and external customer requirements. * Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
