Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Director with experience in real estate construction projects, both VIS (Social Interest Housing) and non-VIS, responsible for the overall planning, execution, and control of construction works. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and project standards A Construction Director with proven experience in real estate construction projects, both VIS and non-VIS, is required, responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and control of construction works, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule compliance. This role focuses on the technical and administrative direction of construction projects, coordination of contractors and field teams, physical and financial progress monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and real estate project standards. The primary impact will be the timely delivery of projects under optimal conditions. Proficiency in SINCO is mandatory for technical and administrative project management. Responsibilities: - Lead the technical and administrative execution of construction projects. - Coordinate field work teams and contractors. - Supervise compliance with construction drawings and technical specifications. - Monitor physical and financial progress of the project. - Manage and optimize construction budgets. - Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. - Guarantee construction quality and regulatory compliance. - Prepare project monitoring and management reports. - Identify and mitigate risks during construction execution. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
