Job Summary: Supports the head pastry chef in preparing batters, frostings, desserts, and cookies to ensure all preparations are completed. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the head pastry chef in daily activities. 2. Prepare cake batters. 3. Make frostings, desserts, and cookies. A reputable company located in the city of Medellín is seeking a Pastry Assistant with 1 year of experience to join its team. Academic Qualification: Technical degree in gastronomy, pastry arts, or baking (graduated or currently studying). · Job Mission: Support the head pastry chef to ensure completion of assigned preparations and requests in the pastry department. · Professional Competencies: Teamwork, proactivity, commitment, and responsibility. Responsibilities: - Support the head pastry chef in daily departmental activities. - Prepare cake batters. - Make frostings for pastry products. - Prepare desserts according to established instructions. - Produce cookies. Salary: $1,750,905 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Project-based or task-based contract.
