Leadership and teamwork SANEAR S.A.S., a company located in the city of Medellín, is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction of water supply and/or sewerage networks; or personnel without formal academic qualifications but with over 5 years of experience in maintenance or construction of water supply and/or sewerage networks. · Academic qualification: Technology degree in Civil Construction or related fields (graduated). Requirements and/or knowledge for the position: - Experience in maintenance or construction of water supply and/or sewerage networks. - Ability to coordinate personnel and delegate responsibilities at work fronts. - Degree in Civil Construction Technology or related fields. Job Mission: Execute and coordinate scheduled activities at work fronts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and proper execution of assigned projects. Responsibilities: - Schedule daily tasks and required resources (materials, supplies, tools, and equipment) according to the Project Director’s or Resident Engineer’s schedule. - Inspect and survey existing networks at the project site, marking and demarcating excavation zones based on the cartography provided by the client. - Direct and delegate responsibilities to subordinate personnel, ensuring clear instructions, respectful treatment, and performance evaluation. - Report staff absences, issue formal warnings, and communicate any relevant situations at the work front to the Resident Engineer. - Participate in occupational wellness programs, psychosocial risk management, mental health initiatives, and other programs led by Human Resources. Salary: $3,500,000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (mixed shift; further details provided during interview).
