Opportunity for growth Assembly Assistant – Medellín Mallas y Montajes de Antioquia SAS Is currently seeking an Assembly Assistant to join our team in Medellín. Salary Conditions • Base salary: $1,800,000 + social benefits • Transportation allowance: $250,000 Working Hours Monday to Thursday • Start time: 7:00 a.m. • End time: 5:15 p.m. Friday • Start time: 7:00 a.m. • End time: 4:15 p.m. Note: The workday includes 30 minutes for breakfast and 45 minutes for lunch. Responsibilities • Installation of safety mesh (Saran fabric / Polysombra) on construction sites. • Compliance with site supervisor instructions. • Safe and efficient execution of tasks. • Ensuring quality standards in every activity. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in construction and/or working at heights. • Valid certificate for working at heights (or completion of the course), duly verified by the Ministry of Labor. • Good physical condition. • Availability to travel between construction sites. • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team. Position Conditions • Bank account: Preferably with Bancolombia. If not available, the company will provide an employment letter for account opening. • Payments: Made on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month. • Mobile phone: Must have a personal mobile phone for calls (preferably with WhatsApp for activity scheduling). • Mobility: Availability to travel between sites within the Aburrá Valley (e.g., Niquía – Envigado on the same day). • Transportation: Travel between sites is reimbursed in the following fortnight. • Meals: No meal credit is available on-site; this must be taken into account. Equipment and Tools • Initial equipment: Worker must provide safety boots, jeans, and long-sleeve shirt. • Company-provided equipment: Issued after the probation period. • Provided tools: Sewing machine (must be returned upon contract termination). • Required personal tools: Hammer Pliers or grips Wrench or ratchet #14 or adjustable wrench Note: If tools are unavailable, loan requests may be submitted, or tools may be supplied with payroll deductions. • Losses: Any lost tool will be deducted based on its current market value. Overtime In some cases, overtime may be required to complete critical or high-risk activities. Such overtime may be announced on the same day. Termination • Clearance certificate: Must be processed at each site where the employee worked, provided it remains valid. • Settlement: Delivered per agreement between the company and employee (immediately, within one week, or on payroll date).
