




We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, dynamism, and passion for customer service to work as Super Hosts in our hospitality division. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to and manage in real time guest inquiries, requests, and messages. * Contact and coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requirements. * Monitor guest satisfaction and review feedback on various accommodation platforms. * Process and ensure collection of payments for additional services requested by guests. Flexible schedule from Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day off. Fixed-term contract for 3 months, renewable, directly with the company.
