As we expand, we are growing our Dispatch Department and looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to help manage and optimize daily operations. **Position Overview** The Dispatch Coordinator plays a mission\-critical role in ensuring technicians are routed efficiently, customers receive accurate updates, and same\-day/next\-day scheduling runs smoothly. This is a high\-volume, fast\-paced role requiring excellent communication, problem\- solving, and multi\-city coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and optimize routes for technicians across multiple cities. * Assign jobs based on location, workload, and availability. * Order and confirm correct auto glass parts. * Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day. * Solve issues such as delays, cancellations, and part shortages. * Review technician notes, photos, and job outcomes to ensure quality. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 1–3 years dispatching or scheduling experience (auto glass preferred) * Strong knowledge of routing and geographic optimization * Ability to manage multiple technicians across multiple cities * Excellent communication and organizational skills * CRM and mapping tool experience Preferred Qualifications * Auto glass dispatch experience * Knowledge of NAGS and warehouse processes * Experience in home\-service industries * Bilingual is a plus **What We Offer** * Full\-time remote position * Supportive leadership and training * Growth opportunities * Fast\-paced national company **How to Apply** Submit your application through JazzHR.
