All tips shared among the team **Grill Cook** *Las Carnudas — Burger Restaurant in Guayabal, Medellín* **Location** Guayabal Neighborhood, Medellín **Schedule** Split shifts: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (tentative schedule, subject to adjustments) \-\- **Weekend adjustment: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.** **Contract Type** Fixed-term contract, including all statutory benefits **Salary** $1\.750\.905 – $2\.300\.000 COP, depending on experience, \+ statutory benefits **Required Experience** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in this role **Application** Via this posting on Computrabajo **Who Are We Looking For?** We need a person with proven expertise in operating an iron grill for preparing burgers, capable of working quickly and consistently even during peak shift hours, and rigorous about adhering to recipes and precise cooking doneness for every burger. **Above all, we seek someone pleasant to work with as part of a team: in a small kitchen space, attitude toward colleagues weighs as much as technical skill.** **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare burgers to the house-standard doneness and timing * Maintain order, cleanliness, and correct temperature of the grill * Ensure hygienic handling of meat and other ingredients * Coordinate timing with the kitchen assistant to ensure timely order fulfillment * Comply with food safety regulations * **Assist in preparing the premises for opening (cleaning, product cutting, receiving deliveries, etc.)** * **Assist in preparing the premises for closing (cleaning and organizing the premises)** **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a grill cook * Proficiency in meat cuts and cooking doneness levels * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours * Availability for the indicated split shifts **What We Offer** * Fixed-term contract with all statutory benefits * Stability and opportunity to grow with a new Guayabal-based brand * Good teamwork atmosphere in a small team * All tips shared exclusively among the work team * Sales volume bonus (When we do well, everyone does well) Workplace: On-site employment
