Dynamic work requiring attention to detail and precision General Objective: Ensure proper packaging and conditioning of products, complying with company-established quality, hygiene, and safety standards, to guarantee appropriate preservation, presentation, and distribution to the end customer 1. Academic Qualifications Completed secondary education (minimum). Preferred: technical training or courses in industrial fields, production, quality, or industrial safety. 2. Work Experience 6 months to 2 years of experience in cosmetic laboratories 6 months to 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing lines (depending on position level). Basic knowledge of machinery, tools, and workplace procedures in the plant. 3. Technical Knowledge Basic handling of production equipment and materials. Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene standards. Understanding of quality control and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Ability to follow technical instructions and production orders. Basic reading and interpretation of labels, guides, or blueprints (as applicable). 4. Skills and Competencies Manual dexterity and motor coordination. Attention to detail and precision in work. Speed and efficiency in repetitive tasks. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Teamwork and effective communication with supervisors and colleagues. Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. 5. Personal Attitudes Proactive and open to learning. Quality- and safety-oriented. Flexibility to adapt to rotating shifts or changes in the production line. Strict adherence to regulations and procedures. 6. Job Conditions Work performed in a plant or on a production line. Possible exposure to noise, heat, cold, or controlled environments. Requires standing for extended periods.
