Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and excellence-driven Quality Auditor to supervise and evaluate garment manufacturing processes, guide garment manufacturers, and continuously improve quality standards. Guides garment manufacturers and continuously improves processes. We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join our team at Alma Rosa. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and evaluating garment manufacturing quality processes across both in-person and remote operations — 20% of your time will be spent at the office and 80% visiting women's outerwear manufacturing workshops throughout Medellín and its metropolitan area. Your objective will be to ensure all quality standards are met; you must possess strong knowledge and extensive experience with all types of garment manufacturing machinery, as priority must be given to guiding manufacturers during operations and continuously improving our processes. As a Quality Auditor, your responsibilities will include batch inspections, identifying areas for improvement, conducting internal/external audits, and preparing detailed reports on findings. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency and excellence across all aspects of our operations.
