Job Summary: Prepare equipment and manage warranty procedures, along with preventive maintenance, to ensure compliance with the leasing contract and sales commitment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality of computing equipment for storage and customers. 2. Perform hardware diagnostics and document daily activities. 3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment. **Job Mission** Prepare equipment and manage warranty procedures, as well as perform preventive maintenance, enabling compliance with the operational leasing contract and sales commitment in commercialization. Minimum 1 year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment. Technical or technological degree in repair and maintenance of computing equipment or related fields. **Responsibilities:** 1. Ensure quality of computing equipment, both those stored in warehouse and those delivered to customers. 2. Review daily the inventory assigned to each activity (workshop and warranty procedures \- workshop transit). 3. Accurately document daily activities in the Helpdesk documentation system (tasks). 4. Perform hardware diagnostics on equipment in laboratory status, identifying its repair path (warranty, misuse, wear).
