Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Design Technologist or student to support the design and production department, with a focus on digital pattern making, technical sheets, and sample tracking. Development of digital pattern making and technical specifications A textile industry company requires a Textile Design Technologist or student (or related field) for its team. Job Objective To provide technical, creative, analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and planning support to the design and production department. Responsibilities - Develop digital patterns with grading to ensure accurate measurements, and define technical specifications, fabric consumption, and production requirements for product references, guaranteeing correct interpretation of customer needs. - Prepare detailed technical sheets and efficient fabric consumption calculations. - Track, correct, and approve physical samples. Knowledge Requirements - Proficiency in BUSINT software. - Proficiency in Optitex. - Basic knowledge of Excel. - Familiarity with various types of textiles.
