Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance We are looking for a professional committed to quality management, supply chain security, and continuous improvement, to lead and strengthen our Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements. Position Purpose: Administer, coordinate, and ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Integrated Management System, safeguarding compliance with BASC V6 SGCS standards, ISO 9001:2015, and other applicable business requirements. Main Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the BASC Control and Security Management System (BASC V6 SGCS). - Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements. - Update procedures, work instructions, forms, and other system documentation. - Support process leaders in implementing and improving controls and procedures. - Plan and execute activities related to internal and external audits. - Manage action plans arising from audits, inspections, and system reviews. - Monitor management indicators and propose actions for continuous improvement. - Support risk management processes related to BASC, SARLAFT, and logistics chain security. - Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance within the organization. Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing Integrated Management Systems. Knowledge and experience preferably in BASC V6 SGCS. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and process analysis. Desirable Knowledge: SARLAFT, SGSST, VIGÍA, UIAF, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF), internal audits of management systems.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: system
