




Job Summary: A reputable restaurant is seeking experienced kitchen staff to assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and comply with hygiene protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in food preparation according to the chef's instructions 2. Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas 3. Comply with hygiene and food safety protocols A well-established restaurant located at Parque Simón Bolívar (Itagüí) requires kitchen staff with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Assist in food preparation according to the chef's or head cook's instructions. Wash, peel, and cut ingredients as required for the day. Maintain cleanliness and order of utensils, surfaces, and work areas. Wash dishes, pots, and other kitchen equipment according to assigned shifts. Comply with current hygiene and food safety protocols. Assist with inventory of supplies and report replenishment needs. Food handling certification required Schedules: Rotating shifts — Sunday to Thursday: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM, or 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Friday and Saturday: 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
