At Navitrans, we seek a Project Engineer—a strategic profile combining technical, analytical, and financial expertise—oriented toward designing comprehensive solutions for yellow machinery fleet management. We require a professional with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with experience in sectors such as mining, construction, or infrastructure, and a minimum of three years in roles such as applications engineering, technical support, or heavy machinery fleet management. Solid knowledge of yellow machinery maintenance, data analysis, and development of tools in Excel, Power BI, or Python is essential. The position’s objective is to lead the technical, financial, and operational structuring of fleet acquisition and management projects, designing strategies that optimize equipment lifecycle and ensure solutions aligned with customer needs and company guidelines. This role involves technically validating quotations, developing preventive and corrective maintenance models, analyzing cost-per-hour, and building profitability comparisons (TCO) to support decision-making. Key responsibilities include designing maintenance plans based on operational severity, structuring component and wear-part replacement matrices, conducting field studies to identify operational needs and size optimal fleets maximizing productivity and mechanical availability. Additionally, the role requires structuring on-site after-sales solutions, such as on-site workshops, consignment stock, or dedicated technicians. Furthermore, the incumbent will be responsible for developing financial and operational analyses, including total cost of ownership (TCO) models, operational efficiency (TOE/OEE), operational simulations, fuel consumption, and technical benchmarking—generating key information to support the commercial team and strategic decision-making.
