The selected candidate will serve customers, provide customer service, generate sales, maintain store organization, and handle cash register operations. Salary: COP $1,750,000 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits + commissions with a cap. Contract type: Project-based or service contract. Schedule: Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with one compensatory day per week.
