What will be your mission? You will ensure the proper operation of our equipment, networks, and systems, providing timely support to all departments so that every process runs with excellence. Some of your responsibilities: Technical support to users (hardware, software, and networks) Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Backup management LAN network configuration and support Assistance with information security Technological inventory control User accompaniment and training Profile we seek: Systems Technician 18 months of experience in similar roles Knowledge of hardware, software, and network maintenance Employment Conditions: Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance + social benefits. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Half-day off on your birthday, seniority benefits, and Family Day. Recognition, celebrations, and special occasions.
