Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Support/Systems personnel to ensure the efficient operation of systems and provide user support, operating and maintaining automated equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our systems and delivering technical support to our users. Responsibilities: Operate and manage the functionality of ATMs and automated systems, ensuring their proper availability and performance. Perform repair and maintenance of kiosks or anchor points, ensuring their secure installation and operational readiness. Conduct periodic inspection and cleaning of external equipment components, contributing to their preservation and appearance. Carry out calibration of internal devices, verifying their accuracy and proper functionality. Update the operational software of equipment, ensuring compliance with current versions. Manage replenishment of consumables (e.g., paper, ink, etc.), ensuring uninterrupted service. Requirements: Technical or technological degree in electronics, systems, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in related positions, with knowledge of software installation, backup, technical support, user assistance, help desk, etc. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day off; rotating shifts — morning, afternoon, and night.
