Skills and Knowledge: * Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Intune profile configuration. * Active Directory (user, group, and GPO management). * English: Intermediate–Advanced. Experience: 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
