The role’s mission is to ensure the proper functioning of operations across the entire supply chain—from procurement through production to final customer delivery—while maintaining quality and safety standards. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. Specialization in Production Processes and Supply Chain is desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum five (5) years in operations management or supervisory roles. * **Technical Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel), production methodologies, operational information systems management, and personnel supervision. **Your key responsibilities:** * Define and implement strategy and objectives for operations and supply chain departments. * Plan and oversee production processes and mold manufacturing according to requirements. * Design productivity, efficiency, and optimization strategies based on continuous improvement. * Conduct audits and provide support for operational plan execution. * Safeguard company assets and ensure timely plant maintenance. * Supervise customer relationship management, ensuring effective resolution of PQRF issues. * Participate in strategic planning alongside General Management. **Interested candidates:** Please send your resume with subject line: **Operations Director** to email: **Seleccion@aliadosencrecimiento.com** Employment type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
