The ideal candidate will have experience in **telephone customer service, telemarketing sales, or chat support**. **Job Objective:** To provide high-quality service to customers, ensuring efficient, friendly, and timely interactions that enhance the customer experience and contribute to customer loyalty. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **6 months** of experience in call center-related roles. * Skills in **customer service, attention to detail, honesty, punctuality, and responsibility**. * **Education:** High school diploma. **Responsibilities:** * Provide **customer service and support** via inbound and outbound phone calls and chats. * Handle customer inquiries, requests, and requirements. * Use internal tools and applications to record and track interactions. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday within the following time frames: * 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. * 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. * 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. *(Weekly schedule adjustments provided for those studying at night).* * **Work Mode:** 100% on-site \- Chico Norte * **Contract Type:** Initially a **fixed 6-month contract**, with potential transition to **indefinite term**. * **Salary:** Minimum wage plus statutory benefits (**no commissions, bonuses, or overtime pay**).
