Position Objective: The person in this role maximizes service revenue by managing customer relationships and handling all requests and opportunities originating from various demand generation engines. Key Responsibilities* Manage Leads and Customer Requests * Manage all leads within the standard scope of services, with a primary focus on contract renewals and additional sales of recurring business. * Handle incoming calls and emails to support the existing customer base. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on all Schneider Electric service offerings. * Research and develop new contact points and potential accounts identified through demand generation engines (marketing activities, campaigns, customer service center, etc.). * Interact with customers on digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and be an active user. * Quote and close deals for standard service offerings (SKU-based such as spare parts, renewal contracts). * Develop and maintain relationships with uncovered accounts where there are open/common opportunities for additional sales. * Build and manage the service opportunities pipeline Qualifications: **Requirements:** * Education: Electrical Engineering / Electrician or related fields * Required Experience: 3 years in similar positions (mandatory) * Sales and results oriented * Knowledge of Secure Power offerings: UPS / Data Center / Cooling systems (mandatory) **Let us learn about you!
