We are looking for Commercial Advisors to sell airline tickets and complementary services, delivering personalized consultation, effective sales closure, and end-to-end customer support throughout the entire process. Requirements: High school graduates. 6 months of experience in call center roles within financial or intangible product sales lines, retention, or collections. Employment Conditions: Contract Type: Indefinite-term (contract signed on the seventh day of training). Training: 26 days of in-person training. During the first 7 working days, compensation will be provided via bonuses through the Apprecio app at a rate of $15,000 per day. Salary: $1,750,905 — $9,183.08 per hour connected. Monthly Bonus: Uncapped commissions based on sales. Benefits: All statutory benefits. Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly. Work Schedule: Availability from Monday to Sunday (24/7 operations). Shifts will be assigned across morning, afternoon, night, or early-morning slots, depending on operational needs. Weekly working hours: 44. One rotating day off per week. Transportation route available after 10:00 p.m., subject to coverage. Time Off: One compensatory day off per week.
