Career development with a personalized career plan Data Scientist Semi\-Senior/Senior \- Risk Data scientist with 4\-6 years of experience building credit risk models. Designs and implements analytical and predictive models fed by the loan portfolio (scoring, alerts, segmentation). Mandatory skills: Python with pandas, scikit\-learn, and XGBoost; advanced SQL; credit risk models: scoring, churn, recovery, NPL; statistical validation and regulatory metrics (KS, Gini, PSI); proficiency with AI tools to support development, testing, and documentation. Desirable skills: MLOps with MLflow or SageMaker; experience deploying models into production in banking or fintech environments; knowledge of model regulation (SARLAFT, IFRS 9\).
