Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and solution-oriented international logistics coordinator to manage import and export operations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and clear communication with all supply chain stakeholders. We seek a candidate with solid experience in international logistics, cargo handling, and foreign trade processes, capable of coordinating import and export operations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, on-time delivery, and effective communication with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics stakeholders. Requirements \* Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in freight forwarding agencies, freight forwarding, or international logistics. \* Experience in coordinating exports and imports, preferably maritime. \* Knowledge of shipping processes, bookings, documentation, ports, shipping lines, consolidations, and deconsolidations. \* Proficiency in foreign trade documents: Bill of Lading (BL), Booking, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, and related documentation. \* Familiarity with Incoterms, especially FOB, CFR, and CIF. \* Experience conducting end-to-end shipment tracking—from booking through shipment and document delivery. \* Ability to negotiate and request international freight and logistics cost quotations. \* Experience managing providers, shipping lines, international agents, and logistics operators. \* Excellent organizational and tracking skills. \* Proficiency in office software and logistics tracking platforms. \* Intermediate English proficiency, preferably with ability to communicate in writing with suppliers and international agents. Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as ease in working with diverse suppliers and customers. We particularly seek someone who does not merely execute instructions but can track progress, identify risks, propose solutions, and keep the company informed about the status of each operation. Main Responsibilities \* Coordinate export and import operations. \* Request and compare freight and logistics service quotations. \* Coordinate bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders. \* Conduct continuous shipment tracking. \* Verify cut-off dates, departure dates, arrival dates, and document delivery deadlines. \* Review documentation related to operations. \* Maintain constant communication with freight forwarders, shipping lines, carriers, customers, and suppliers. \* Track logistics costs and identify discrepancies or additional charges. \* Support tariff and condition negotiations with suppliers. \* Promptly report any delays, changes, or issues. \* Keep operational information up to date. \* Coordinate and track land transportation associated with exports. \* Support logistical planning for new business ventures and international operations. \* Ensure every operation is managed in an orderly, efficient, and timely manner. We seek a candidate with at least 3 years of experience; however, beyond the number of years, we prioritize hands-on experience managing end-to-end operations and the ability to independently assume responsibility for logistics operations.
