A leading financial sector company is currently seeking talent for the position of Process Optimization Specialist, who will be responsible for designing and executing cross-functional process optimization initiatives by implementing technological solutions and digital tools, with the objective of improving operational efficiency, reducing manual or repetitive tasks, ensuring activity standardization, and generating added value across various organizational departments. · Profile: Education: Degree in Systems and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Process Engineering. Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles within Digital Transformation or Process Optimization areas. Knowledge: Intermediate proficiency in process optimization tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, RPA (UiPath, Make, Zapier, Automation Anywhere, Rockebot), Power BI, Artificial Intelligence, and Low-Code workflows. Creation of interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI. Intermediate proficiency in process modeling software. Advanced Microsoft Excel.
