Provide operational support on the client Telefónica's **Identity and Access Management (IAM) desk**, ensuring proper administration of users, permissions, and access to corporate applications according to defined security policies and standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Manage **user creation, modification, and deletion** in systems and applications (FortiAuthenticator). * Perform **access and permission administration tasks** in **SQL and DB2 databases**. * Provide support on the **application identity management desk**, ensuring compliance and traceability. * Document procedures, activities, and results according to client guidelines. * Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team in the **review of access controls and technical documentation**. * Support tracking and closure of requests within agreed timeframes (SLA). **Responsibilities and attributions** ### **Requirements** * **Academic level:** Technical or Technologist degree in Systems (ongoing or minimum 1 year completed). * **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year in support desk** or **application identity management**. * Proven knowledge of **FortiAuthenticator**. * Experience in **user administration in SQL and DB2**. * **Desirable:** Familiarity with SIEM or monitoring tools such as **Fortinet, Splunk, Darktrace, SolarWinds, Aranda or Audiweb**. **Requirements and qualifications** ### **Client Culture** * **Agile (Scrum)** environment with a collaborative focus and measurable results. * Culture of **continuous improvement** and open communication. * Multidisciplinary security team with regional support and strong corporate best practices. ### **Key Competencies** * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous learning. * Responsibility, compliance, and organization.
