Job description **Role:** * Software Project Implementation Analyst **What we are looking for in you:** * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software, Computing, Electronics or related fields. * **With postgraduate studies and/or certification in project management (CPD, PPM or PMP).** * Experience More than one (1\) year of related experience in: * **Software Project Implementation** * **Participation in technology projects ideally related to collections business.** * **Customer service.** * **Technical and functional knowledge of iCS.** * **Training in recognized project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PMI or LEAN.** * **Knowledge of Java, Jasper.** * **Knowledge of Oracle or proven experience in Oracle Database Administration.** * **Knowledge of Computer Networks and Information Security.** * **Office tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook).** * **Intermediate technical English.** **Some of your responsibilities will be:** * Analyze needs that arose and were not satisfied during the different phases of each project, identifying improvement opportunities. * Support in the implementation and development of assigned projects. * Meet development, project and/or support metrics, as applicable to the process in which you operate, in current development and release procedures. * Provide customer support during warranty period, post-warranty and/or during operation of each assigned project. * Execute, update and ensure compliance with schedules of each project when assigned, using tools defined by FSC for project management and control, and timely activity registration. * Generate project progress reports and present results to your immediate leader. **What do we offer?** * Work Location: Chía. * Work Mode: Hybrid (90% remote \- 10% onsite), additionally, our offices will always be available if you wish to work onsite. * Contract Type: Indefinite term. * Salary: Negotiable according to experience. * Development and training plan. * Prepaid medicine. * Allowances (Education, Internet). * Availability bonus. * Flexible working hours.
