Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team A prestigious hotel located in Chía, Cundinamarca, is currently seeking an Executive Chef who meets the following profile: More than 2 years of experience in this role within mid- to high-tier hotels; formal education in gastronomy or related fields. **Job Mission**: To direct and supervise all kitchen operations—from menu planning to food preparation—ensuring the highest gastronomic quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with the strictest hygiene and safety standards. The mission is to create exceptional dining experiences for guests, thereby enhancing the hotel’s reputation and profitability. * **Culinary Management:** * Develop, plan, and implement creative and innovative menus for the hotel’s various outlets (restaurants, room service, and events). * Supervise the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every service. * Stay current with the latest culinary trends and industry developments to propose new offerings. * **Personnel Management:** * Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team (chefs, sous chefs, assistants). * Schedule shifts, assign responsibilities, and evaluate staff performance. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Base salary: $5,000,000 + $2,000,000 non-statutory benefits upon achievement of departmental goals.
