Main Responsibilities 1\. Prepare food according to the microbiotic menu (free of processed ingredients, using natural and fermented products). 2\. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment. 3\. Monitor proper use of supplies and minimize waste. 4\. Participate in receiving and storing raw materials. 5\. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. 6\. Collaborate on weekly menu planning and innovations for healthy recipes. 7\. Verify ingredient quality and freshness. 8\. Support customer service when necessary, demonstrating product knowledge. 9\. Report maintenance needs, supply replenishment requirements, and improvement suggestions.
