Advanced skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and high-level relationship building. Dynamic, proactive, results-oriented profile with strong customer service orientation. Desirable knowledge of project structuring and bidding processes in the private and/or public sectors. Comprehensively manage existing accounts, strengthening long-term trust-based relationships and value creation. Accompany the entire commercial process from start to finish: quotation, negotiation, delivery, invoicing, and collections.
