Job Summary: A leading technology company is seeking an On-site Systems Support Technician for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment and systems. Key Highlights: 1. MANDATORY: Knowledge in POS SYSTEMS A prominent technology services company, specialized in technical support, is seeking an On-site Support Technician with the following requirements: * Graduated Technician or Technologist in Systems, Electronics, Networks, Informatics, or related fields. * Minimum of TWO (2) years of experience in technical support services, preferably for computer equipment and its peripherals. * Knowledge in preventive, predictive, and corrective diagnosis and maintenance of computer equipment. Printer repair and maintenance. Knowledge of operating systems and backup procedures. Preparation of computer equipment. Configuration and installation of new applications. Knowledge of W7 and W10 system migrations, as well as preparation of management reports required by each client. MANDATORY KNOWLEDGE OF POS SYSTEMS. Conditions: Workplace: BOGOTÁ and neighboring municipalities (WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL). 100% on-site work. Schedule: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day), plus availability on Saturdays (without exceeding 44 weekly hours).
