Job Summary: We are seeking an Oracle Technical-Functional Analyst with experience in ACSEL X to ensure operational continuity, maintenance, and evolution of the banking core, delivering technical and functional support. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the stability and evolution of the ACSEL X banking core 2. Provide technical and functional support to bank users 3. Perform analysis, correction, and adjustments using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports We are looking for an ORACLE TECHNICAL-FUNCTIONAL ANALYST! Do you have hands-on experience working directly on the ACSEL X banking core and are interested in ensuring its stability and evolution within a critical environment? Role Objective: Guarantee operational continuity, maintenance, and evolution of the ACSEL X banking core by delivering technical and functional support through controlled developments and adjustments on the platform. Profile Requirements • Academic background: Systems Engineering (mandatory). • Experience: Minimum 3 years working with ACSEL X (mandatory). • Essential knowledge: Oracle / ACSEL X (not as a standard PL/SQL developer), PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, functional and technical knowledge of ACSEL X Personal Competencies • Analytical ability to resolve incidents • Attention to detail • Effective communication with user departments • Collaborative work • Orientation toward operational stability Main Responsibilities • Handle production incidents related to the ACSEL X banking core. • Analyze, correct, and perform adjustments using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports. • Provide functional and technical support to bank user departments. • Participate in change management, testing, and controlled deployments. • Analyze errors and support root cause identification. • Ensure stability of assigned ACSEL X modules. • Document solutions, incidents, and procedures. • Coordinate with vendors and functional and technical teams as applicable. • Comply with banking environment security, continuity, and internal control policies.
