This opportunity is for you! · In this position, you will be the key contributor to implementing, enhancing, and maintaining our Contact Center infrastructure, collaborating directly with global teams. · What we seek: · Professional in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience delivering solutions on CCaaS platforms. Proven experience with NICE inContact or CXone and hands-on proficiency with Studio Scripting Tool. Solid expertise in Contact Center technology tools: ACD, IVR, QM, and WFM. Advanced English (C1) is mandatory, as you will have daily direct communication with teams in the U.S. · What we offer: · Salary of $8,000,000 + all statutory benefits.
