This position will provide the opportunity to enhance knowledge and experience. * Specific qualifications: * Experience in public and private sector tenders. * Experience in structuring process PGs and economic offers. * Ability to assess the economic feasibility and profitability of processes for the organization. * Knowledge of SECOP I, SECOP II. * Knowledge and use of government platforms, minimal amount procedures, auctions, and all public procurement processes.
