




The company requires a Technologist in Occupational Health and Safety for its work team, with a minimum of 1 year of experience and valid license. At the administrative level, the candidate must focus on managing, coordinating, and implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SGSST) to prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safe and healthy work environments. **SKILLS** The candidate must be proactive, possess leadership skills, have strong teamwork and communication abilities, be responsible, analytical, self-motivated, and capable of autonomous learning. Must be organized, results-oriented, and proficient in Excel and the entire Office suite at an intermediate level. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SGSST) to comply with current regulations. * Identify hazards, assess workplace risks, and develop corrective solutions and prevention plans within the work environment. * Lead and coordinate risk prevention programs as well as employee wellness initiatives. * Conduct safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions and monitor performance indicators. * Coordinate and lead emergency brigades and contingency response plans. * Perform administrative management of tasks related to the area and other assigned duties.
