**Job Profile:** We are seeking a person with experience in import processes, responsible for supporting and managing foreign trade operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and proper documentation of imports. **Vacancy**: Import Assistant **Work Location:** Zipaquirá **Salary:** To be agreed upon **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 am \- 5:30 pm **Company:** Importer and distributor of pet food. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and tracking of international purchase orders. * Coordination with customs agents, shipping lines, and carriers. * Review and control of import documentation (commercial invoice, BL/AWB, packing list). * Monitoring transit times and customs clearance of goods. * Support in import cost calculation and document control. * Reporting of incidents and operational status. **Requirements:** * Knowledge and experience in using the **ERP SIESA** system (Preferred) * Technical or technological degree in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in import processes. * Basic knowledge of customs regulations and international logistics. * Proficiency in Excel and office software. * Organizational skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail.
