Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance with tax regulations, preparing tax returns, and advising on strategic decisions to minimize tax risks. This is a full-time position to be performed onsite at our offices in Bogotá, D.C. **Requirements** * Strong knowledge of national and international tax legislation, tax accounting, and applicable financial regulations. * Specialization in Taxation * Ability to lead tax strategic planning and manage external audits. * Experience in preparing and supervising tax returns and tax reports. * Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in teams, and capacity to manage relationships with tax authorities and other stakeholders. * Academic background in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields; a postgraduate degree in Taxation or Finance is highly valued.
