RSG was established to provide cross-functional support to group companies through high-caliber talent comprising our organization, aiming to safeguard profitability, improve processes, and ensure the growth of Regency Retail Holding via services in Service Management, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Treasury, Procurement, Legal Affairs, Technology, Audit, and Internal Control. Job Mission: Conduct internal audit activities focused on compliance with policies and procedures governing administrative and financial processes, validating due diligence across each process to ensure transparency and sound management of the company’s financial resources, while reviewing risk control and management in accordance with the company’s policies and strategies. Deliver objective and systematic reporting of applied controls. Responsibilities: \* Conduct administrative and financial audits—including management systems—in assigned countries, applying commercial and administrative checklists aligned with risks identified per process. \* Verify compliance with all administrative procedures as defined by the organization and request their timely updating. \* Recommend improvements aimed at enhancing the value of internal controls and the organization’s risk management framework in assigned countries. \* Assess the effectiveness of anti-illicit activity prevention programs and risk mitigation measures within administrative processes in assigned countries. What We Are Looking For: \* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Public Accounting, or related fields. \* Minimum one year of experience in administrative and financial auditing, or in equivalent roles—preferably within retail companies. \* Ideal experience includes auditing procurement, payroll, customer service, e-commerce, SAGRILAFT, ISO 28000, financial statements, human resources, marketing, legal affairs, logistics, and occupational health and safety (OHS). \* Proficiency in advanced office software; knowledge of accounting software is preferred.
