




Important Club located in the Northern Zone of Bogotá is seeking a highly qualified professional to work as an **Administrative Manager**. The selected candidate will provide support to the areas of costs, accounts receivable, procurement, and internal control, leading and managing various administrative processes within the organization. **We are looking for a professional with the following skills:** * **Ability to work under pressure** and meet established deadlines. * **Management and control of fixed assets**, ensuring their proper handling and tracking. * **Organization and management of files** across all areas of the Club. * **Skills in building and improving administrative processes**, optimizing workflow. * **Excellent customer service**, both external and internal, with a focus on satisfaction. * **Experience in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data** for informed decision-making. **Requirements:** * Professional education in administrative or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative process management. * Knowledge and proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). **We offer:** * Fixed-term contract. * Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 42 hours per week. * Salary: $1\.800\.000 monthly, plus social benefits \+ additional benefits \+ cafeteria \+ parking Job type: Full-time
