Description

Job Summary: Responsible for security and access control, conducting surveillance patrols, assisting visitors, and managing emergencies with technological support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and facility surveillance. 2. Visitor assistance and internal security management. 3. Security technology operation and emergency support. **1** Control access for staff, visitors, and vehicles. **2** Conduct facility surveillance patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle. **3** Assist and guide visitors at the gatehouse or reception area. **4** Verify compliance with internal security policies. **5** Prepare reports and incident logs. **6** Operate security technology tools (radios, smartphones, and other available aids per project requirements). **7** Ensure the safety and integrity of individuals within the service area. **8** Coordinate and assist in emergency evacuations. **9** Operate light vehicles or motorcycles during patrols (if applicable). **10** Adhere to protocols established by SuperVigilancia. **11** Report incidents to immediate supervisor and follow instructions. **12** Support colleagues and promote teamwork. **13** Other duties associated with this position. **14** All procedures established by the organization and client applicable to this role.
